INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY POSITIVE PRODUCTIVITY SP Z O.O.

POSITIVE PRODUCTIVITY SP Z O.O. respects your privacy and protects the processed personal data. This information is intended to explain the rules governing the processing of personal data by POSITIVE PRODUCTIVITY SP Z O. to the extent to which such data is processed for the purpose of performing contracts.

Pursuant to Art. 14 sec. 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (hereinafter “ GDPR “), we would like to inform you that:

  1. Administrator : The administrator of your personal data is POSITIVE PRODUCTIVITY SP Z O.O. with its registered office in Warsaw, at the address: Twarda 18, 00-105 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000775694.

  3. Data source, voluntary provision of data: Positive Productivity obtained your data from your contractor in connection with, on the occasion or for the purposes of the contract. In cases where we have received personal data directly from you, we would like to inform you that providing the data is voluntary, and failure to provide personal data may result in the inability to perform the contract.
  4. Purposes and basics of processing. Your personal data will be processed in order to establish and maintain business contacts and business relations. The data is processed in connection with the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection), hereinafter: GDPR). The legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or a third party include:
    1. communication regarding the organization of the event
    2. establishing and maintaining commercial cooperation,
    3. marketing, promotion and product development,
    4. determination, investigation and defense against possible claims;
    5. keeping statistics and analyzes.
  5. Data categories. We will process the following categories of your data: name and surname, business e-mail address, business telephone number, place of employment.
  6. Data storage period. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the legitimate interest of the Administrator, including the duration of business relationships or business contacts in connection with which personal data are processed by the Administrator, and in the case of establishing, investigating and defending claims for the period resulting from the running of the general limitation periods for claims, unless applicable legal regulations require their longer storage.
  7. Recipients of data. Your personal data may be transferred to:
  8. entities authorized to receive data on the basis of legal provisions;
  9. our associates and employees responsible for the performance of the contract;
  10. entities processing personal data on behalf of the administrator, incl. IT service providers – such entities process data on the basis of a contract with the administrator and only in accordance with the administrator’s instructions.
  11. Your rights related to data processing. Pursuant to the provisions of the GDPR, you have numerous rights in relation to the personal data that we process: the right to access your data and receive a copy of it, request the rectification (correction) of your data, request for deletion of data or restriction of processing, and the right to object to the processing of data in the cases specified in the provisions, the right to transfer data in the scope of data subject to automated processing (to the extent permitted by the provisions of the GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.   12. Automated decision making . Please be advised that we do not make decisions in an automated manner and your data is not profiled.
